Houston Dynamo FC Cruise to 3-0 Victory Over Austin FC

The Houston Dynamo put together a dominant performance Saturday night, defeating Austin FC 3-0 in front of their home crowd at Shell Energy Stadium.
Houston came out with intensity from the opening whistle and was rewarded early. Mateusz Bogusz broke the deadlock in the 12th minute, finishing off a well-worked attack to give the Dynamo a deserved 1-0 lead.
The Dynamo never took their foot off the gas. Bogusz found the back of the net again in the 29th minute, completing his brace after another clinical finish. Just three minutes later, Guilherme added a third in the 32nd minute, putting Houston firmly in control before halftime.
The second half was all about game management. Houston stayed organized defensively, controlled possession, and limited Austin’s chances while continuing to threaten on the counter. The back line held strong to secure a clean sheet, their fifth clean sheet of the season to cap off one of the club’s most complete performances yet.
This result also marks Houston's sixth win in the last ten league games as they cruise to the Top 5 of the Western Conference on a four-game unbeaten streak.
With three points in the bag, the Dynamo continue to build momentum and will look to carry this confidence into their next match.
