Houston Dash announce regular season opener against Chicago Red Stars
The Dash are set to face the Chicago Red Stars to open the 2018 NWSL regular season for the third consecutive year. Vera Pauw and the new team will be heading to BBVA Compass Stadium for the first time on Sunday, March 25, at 4:00 PM. The match will be streamed on Go90 and the NWSL website.

Houston Dash sign forward Thembi Kgatlana and re-sign defenders Cami Levin and Cari Roccaro
The Dash announced the signing of three players: youngster Thembi Kgatlana, and the return of Cami Levin and Cari Roccaro.
Kgatlana was coached by Vera Pauw during her 2016 stint with the South African National Team and looks to add young blood to Houston's front line, and Levin and Roccaro rejoin the team after 107 combined caps in league play.

Houston Dash announce 2018 Preseason Roster
The team announced the roster prior to the team's preseason campaign:
Goalkeepers: Jane Campbell, Bianca Henninger, Sammy Jo Prudhomme, Sarah Shimer.
Defenders: Amber Brooks, Rachel Daly, Kimberly Keever, Camille Levin, Cambria Privett, Cari Roccaro, Janine Van Wyk.
Midfielders: Abby Elinsky, Claire Falknor, Michaela Hahn, Haley Hanson , Caity Heap, Veronica Latsko, Linda Mothalo, Kristen Mewis, Lotta Okvist, Kyah Simon, Allison Wetherington.
Forwards: Lindsay Agnew, Sonest Furtado, Savannah Jordan, Heather Kaleiohi, Thembi Kgatlana, Kealia Ohai, Christen Press, Nichelle Prince, Meleana Shim, Tiffany Weimer.
Heap, Furtado, and Kaleiohi join as non-roster invitees.
Agnew, Campbell, Kgatlana, Motlhalo, Press, Prince, and Van Wyk will be missing the first part of preseason camp due to national team duty. Okvist will also miss the beginning of camp until her P-1 visa is secured.
Keever will remain in school to finish courses. Shim and Simon have yet to sign contracts with the club.

Houston Dynamo unveil 2018 Alternate Jersey
The Dynamo released their brand-new alternate jersey following up to the success of the club's first-ever black kit introduced in 2016. The jersey includes a horizontal spectrum of orange colors on the chest area, the 'half-way' orange Adidas stripes on the shoulders, and the iconic Texas flag.
The jersey is now on sale at the Dynamo Team Store and the MLS Store in replica and authentic versions.

NWSL announce entire 2018 regular season schedule
The National Women's Soccer League unveiled the upcoming regular season schedule for the remaining matches following the reveal of all the teams' home openers earlier last week.
The Houston Dash schedule features 24 matches, 12 home and 12 on the road, and with two of those matches set to be broadcasted on Lifetime as part of the NWSL Game of the Week slate. The remaining matches will be streaming live on Go90 and the NWSL website.
The 2018 regular season will run from Sunday, March 25 to Saturday, September 8.

Houston Dynamo to play for championship in their last preseason scrimmage
Houston will be facing the New England Revolution for first place in the Mobile Mini Sun Cup after finishing on top with the most points in the preseason invitational. The Dynamo are looking to go back-to-back preseason championships after winning the Desert Diamond Cup in Tucson during the 2017 preseason.
The championship scrimmage is happening this Saturday, February 24 at 7:15 PM CT, and it will be streaming live in the Houston Dynamo website and other platforms.

Rio Grande Valley FC announce preseason friendly against FC Motagua
The Toros will host Honduran side FC Motagua this Saturday, February 24 at HEB Park as part of the team's preseason campaign.
RGVFC head coach Gerson Echeverry is looking to strengthen and get to know his roster even more following the team's dismal season last year.
The friendly is free to the public and also includes a fanfest prior to the match, with an autograph session, a carnival for children, and food and drink specials for fans with Toros gear.
